SERVICES

Soil Tech Distributors is primarily engaged in the businesses of collecting residential wastes, and transporting municipal solid wastes, construction and demolition debris, yard waste, wood by-products, recyclable materials, rock, sand and gravel, sludge, ash, and contaminated soils. The company’s main office and trucking terminal is in Miami, and it operates additional facilities in Tampa, Orlando, and Naples. The company possesses over 500 tractors and trailers, including walking floor and tipper trailer rigs, dump trailers, grapple trucks, and dump trucks. Independent contractors working for the organization contribute another 250 trucks to the organization’s physical asset base.  This substantial investment in equipment makes us uniquely qualified to provide high quality and reliable transportation services to Florida’s various local governments and heavy industries. The company provides transportation services throughout the Florida peninsula, primarily from the Ocala area south to the Florida Keys. The largest line of business is providing the transportation of waste materials.  The company now loads and transports waste from many different transfer stations in Florida through contracts with Waste Management, Waste Services, Republic Services, and other smaller waste service providers.  In addition to our standard lines of business, we have also responded to the critical needs of cleaning up after natural disasters, including extensive work in the aftermaths of Hurricane Andrew in South Dade, Hurricane George in the Florida Keys, Hurricane Irene in Miami Beach, Hurricane Gabrielle in Sarasota and Manatee Counties, Hurricane Charley in Lee County, and Hurricane Wilma in both Miami-Dade and Collier Counties.  Our diverse trucking resources and expertise provide invaluable assistance during the recovery from these types of catastrophic events. The Miami office provides upper management and other support functions for the entire organization, but each of the three facilities has its own management, truck dispatching, and record keeping.  Our system wide experience and capabilities provide our customers with a comfort level in knowing that we have the resources to provide quality transportation services for large scale projects.
